Shipping and Delivery FAQ
At Robe Boutique we offer FREE New Zealand delivery on all orders above $149 regardless of size!
If you do not qualify for FREE delivery, your delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you order before 2pm on Monday to Thursday, we will give your items to our friendly courier Robin at 3pm for overnight delivery.
Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business day, or 2 to 4 burliness days for rural addresses.
If your purchase is a PREORDER item, we will ship it to you the same day it arrives in-store.
Keep an eye on product pages and our socials for PREORDER arrival dates.
At Robe Boutique we use Courier Post for all our deliveries.
Once our courier picks up your order you will receive an email with your shipping details.
You sure can! Just select the pick up in store option in your shopping cart. You can find us at 125 High Street in Rangiora. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
We can ship to other countries for a charge. Please call or email us for more details.
